brown paper packages...

(...tied up with string!)
i am not an actor.

(just wanted to clarify, in case you were confused.)

however, i do work with a lot of actors, at work, and while you may think that means just some people that are thinking they are actors, you are wrong. these people are legit. one was one of the leads in miss saigon last year, another actually hosts some STARS encore movie hosting bits, another owns an award-winning improv theatre and has won emmys (plus he's the father to the lil' boys i babysit and love).

and one is currently starring as maria in the lakewood cultural center's production of the sound of music. and she's awesome.

miss maria herself asked me to help her with lil keepsakes she wanted to give her cast and crew members. she adorably and appropriately deciding on giving them 'brown paper packages tied up with string', because, of course, these are a few of her favorite things.  to my joy (i l.o.v.e. wrapping presents), i got to wrap 60 little boxes with brown paper and then tie them with jute strings. they turned out perfect, if i do say so myself :)
