guardian dogs

dear jola and myla,

tomorrow i leave you at your vacation home, for an extended vacation. please be nice. also, please stop fighting with ally; there is no need to fight with your friends- just share. i will miss you terribly while you are there, and i am at home, but it is for the best. instead of guarding me, can you please guard your grandparents kim and jim, and also take care of them? i think if you both work closely with ally and bella, the house will be the best guarded one on the whole block, maybe even neighborhood.

you two are my favorite dogs ever- please know that you will always be my favorites, and these few short weeks away won't change that. i'll keep your spots on my bed and your plates on the floor for you, and when you come back it will be like you never left.

i love and miss you already... oh, and one more time: behave, please.
